Whats the situation with Adult in the iPhone and Android App Stores.

I'm sure probably not at Apple but what about Android store. At least with Android phones user can at least download and install apps directly from sites.

I have an Android app store for adults developed, I've been taking forever building a collection of simple apps to populate it.

Mikandi store is available for android too.

Google Play is driving out adult developers so you should look other options. Mikandi is one great option as already mentioned.
