Old time adult owner back in the game and need some advice from the current money makers
Over 12 years ago I had my first adult sites. Had some success and failure and over the years had a few more. Sold most of them for the domains a while back.
Anyway long story short I am coming back into the adult game. I know it seems crazy at this point because everyone says the industry is stagnant at best with all the free shit out there but I have some ideas and money and want to take another stab at it. I been working for the last 10 years at traditional internet marketing so I do know what I am doing from that standpoint but wanted to get some advice from current players in the adult industry that are actually making money right now.
I am thinking about investing in a affiliate network of interracial sites that helps promote current interracial amateurs online. I know some already established content creators out there that love what they do and create some good niche content but have problems making money because of their lack of internet marketing skills. My plan is to interlink there sites into a affiliate network that I will promote to webmasters as well through a tube site dedicated to the niche that will push all traffic to my own network.
I feel this niche and these types of women will get and some already have on forums and social networks strong fan followings from men who wish they had wives like them and these are the types of people willing to still pay for new content every month over just jacking it for free somewhere. Also since all the people i would be working with already are creating their own content anyways that step is removed from the process.
I know this is not a revolutionary concept or anything but I feel that it has legs. I would LOVE to hear from anyone out there that has created a new affiliate network over the past few years and been successful with it and would not mind me picking their brain with a few questions over ICQ or even here in public if your down with that. Best commission structures for your site owners? affiliates? when working with multiple paysites in one network? Shared access to all sites through one log in? a bad thing or good thing?
I know in public most people do not like to discuss financial figures but for the benefit of any other "newbies" out there that come along this post it would be great to hear any positive stories, negative stores or just advice for those of us new to the game or coming back into it after a long layoff and looking to go into the promotion of paysites through a niche affiliate network.
Thanks and may everyone be profitable this year
