I started to be in this biz since 2005 and quit at 2010 ( Most of you know the reason:ePass down:) ). I don't know if I'm still a newbie to this biz but I am sure I will be a good webmaster again in a short time:1orglaugh Hope to have a nice future with u guys, the best webcam sponsor:)

But now I have a problem, I prefer to be paid via Payoneer, but maybe I'll have some issue to create a new account by myself. I heard that if you want to use the Payoneer card like ePassporte card, you need to provide some documents for their ACH payments. I'm very confused by that, so I just wonder any webcams sponsor can create an Payoneer account for affiliate? I just want to use the Payoneer card as easy as ePassporte card:)

And more, I just read this threadhttps://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1069...light=payoneer, is there any difference betweet the card creat by sponsor and by webmaster? If sponsor A creat the account for me, I can use it to receive the payment from them only? and can I take the cash out from ATM when I got the first payout? (I heard I need to wait until get paid for 3 times before I take the money out, hope it's not true:1orglaugh)

About payoneer - you can get a card from anyone... but then to be paid from other affiliates than who send you the card, you will have to "connect" your card with each affilite.. these connections will list in payoneer... it is an extra step from how it was epassporte (btw check also paxum ...)
