anyone here used or heard of VitaRank?

this guy has a decent reputation in places like warrior forum / blackhat world and also claims to work with adult sites post panda / penguin (see; http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackha...v=z02 f6a2a4c)

interested to know if anyone has used or knows of any services that have been remotely successful in overturning sites that have tanked....

Never bought any service from any black hat sites.
