this is without hand touching it. I can go further but this is just a sample of what I can do. YOu said watchmyex so I figure its the soft plasticy not leaving skin texture retouching. Either way I can deliver whatever look you need as far as retouching goes.

I am not looking for any work, just thought i'd give it a go. To do a flawless job, you need the highest resolution. Also you can add any crazy lighting changes after but editing out the flaws is the most important part

Isn't the point of a "GF" style site to have photos that look like they haven't been retouched or professionally shot? It might work out cheaper to just invest in some makeup/foundation to cover up any blemishes rather than clone brushing 100 pics by hand.
