Hidden servers
Hi Guys,
I am a newbie :thumbsup and I have come up against a problem I am not sure how to solve. When issuing DMCA take down notices I used to email the server companies when the website was slow to respond or didn't at all but now I see that lots of the worst offenders are using "private" server details to even hide what server company they are using. So when I do look up for the server companies email to send DMCAs to I get things like [email protected] ie what seems to be yet another layer and intentional delay. Is there any way round this ? I have the last emails, with the email address for the servers that I last sent them to but the tech guys do a look up and send me the info saying it doesn't look like its on their server, because they can't see it on the public server look up. I also see more and more are using Russian servers, how do they respond to DMCA ? And one of my worst problems is with repeat offenders hosting in the Netherlands/Holland, the server companies there say that material should be downloaded in 2 weeks !!! |

Off shore hosting company's... Good Luck! Your better off pleading to the justice department to take their domain names, which is probably as much of a waste of time as actually trying to get them to take down your content, mainly because the justice department gives two shits about pirated porno. Sorry your SOL.
If its any consolation, I feel bad for you:( |
