Voyeurweb Clones?

Anyone know of any out of the box scripts that can duplicate sites similar to Voyeur Web, Watchers Web, and Project Voyeur?

nope i know a few of the voyeur sites shared the script with each other, but thats about it, its a private script.

I've always wanted to start a similar site. Really needs to reach a critical mass before it's profitable though.
