wordpress plugin that lets user submit video w page, and have it linked via thumbnail on front page?
 

I'm looking for this script to use on a social media group. I've come across plugins and that do bits and pieces, but am looking for an automated version if available.

Better Description:

Step 1: user fills in title, category, tag, description, and uploads a video.
Step 2: A new page is created for the video, and it's linked from the front page, with a thumbnail of the video.

I have a licensed version of JW Player if that matters at all.


Anyone have any recommendations?
