Any Affordable PHP Programmers Looking For Some Work?
 

We have a client who needs some custom PHP stuff writing for a site concept they have.

Think of it like an old style chat system, but simpler...

Send message > Recipient gets pin code > Recipient enters pin code & Responds

Thats pretty much the basics of it, there are a few admin functions that needs to be added also, im thinking it is probably around 20-30 hours of coding total and there is no immediate rush to get this done, time frame is around 30-45 days for completion.

We're good with 50% down-payment or, 100% payment into an Escrow account which will be released upon completion.
