JOB DESCRIPTION

Highly successful and well-established European affiliate program is seeking an Affiliate/Product Manager to oversee and enhance its current and expanding portfolio of sites. The right candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for increasing sales and revenues across all web properties, explore and solidify new business relationships and opportunities, work with existing affiliates to empower their efforts, as well as working with the development team on improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating and implementing effective online marketing strategies to increase sales and revenues.

Manage development team.

Cultivate and leverage relationships with partners (current and future) to grow thus propelling future marketing and sales.

Track, review, monitor and analyze website activity and statistics of websites.

Help to conceptualize and create promotional tools for affiliates.

Attend tradeshows and public events throughout the year, around the globe.

Maintain sales pipeline and provide updates and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

4+ years in promoting adult websites
Experience in managing a team of developers
Solid understanding of online marketing venues, strategies and best practices
Experience in creating ideas for viral marketing
Results-driven, collaborative work ethic
Strong interpersonal skills
Advanced proficiency in data analysis
Understanding and knowledge of affiliate software such as NATS or MPA
Superior customer service and client management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a highly dynamic environment
Knowledge of the adult industry and an established rolodex is a plus
Travel will be a requirement ? whether to corporate meetings or tradeshows
