But the entire thread was full of Franck pics, so I don't see that as an issue, and neither did Eric at the time. Having a laugh and outright attacking someone non-stop (for four years I may add) are two totally different things.

At the end of the day - if he is banned he must have broken a rule here on GFY. Eric and his team aren't in the habit of doing this unless there is a clear violation and even then - they usually warn first.
