Not sure exactly what type of advice you are looking for... if porn is illegal in your area, it sounds like you can't legally setup an adult business. Or am I missing something?

It's illegal to make content here, but it's not to make sites , promos etc. Here I can't register a firm with porn activity. Can You give me some advice what I can do without a firm :( here.
Also if I get software from getnats.com can I use it without a firm beceuse in ccbill merchant program this is mandatory.

Thank You

Depending on the legislation of your country you might be able to setup a foreign entity and possibly operate from there may be with a branch in your country.
However it might be a gray zone and personally I would NEVER risk operating an adult biz while resident in a non adult - friendly legislation. Certainly not without checking with a bunch of lawyers and just relying on the advice from a boars. This includes my advice.
All in all the soundest advice may be "just don't do it", or consider moving elsewhere.

I'm in the USA and it may be legal here but anyone who calls our country an "adult friendly" zone hasn't been reading the headlines the last couple years. Maybe talk to John or Paul.

Catch me on ICQ and I can give you some advice. I've set up a few paysites for clients.

If you have some money to invest you can do it like this:

You should open a company in a foreign adult friendly country like the netherlands and than your company in your country should rent the website to that company in the netherlands.
