getting ATM error: you have selected invalid transaction or account

anybody tried to withdraw last 3 hours from paxum master card?

paxum statement shows:

Paxum have problems with it's cards and i'm paying fee for nothing?

but i want to know if it's only me or someone else have same problem. Error message says "inactive card". But card active and have 3 months more until expiration date. Weird.
