question for gfy cooks

I made baked turkey meatballs, just ground turkey, onion and spice. Now I made them monday night and put them in the frig.Been eating them during the week. How many days are they go for in the frig? Some say two days, some say three.

Cooked - 4 to 5 days in a cold fridge.

Cooked - 3 to 4 months if you properly store them in the freezer.

Reheat as needed.

Source: Just making it up, but I bet it's a close guess-timate.

Gotta agree. Once cooked much different than raw.

Eat em until they smell or grow some green hairs

I would eat them for a week, no problem, so long as they still looked and smelled okay.

Fish is about the only thing I will make myself eat quickly, but that's a pretty obvious one. It starts smelling nasty really quick.

Would re-heat over strong fire every 2 days :winkwink:

People might roll their eyes, but I would say three days.

From a taste perspective I would think they would become disgusting/dry after this point in time.

From a germ/bacteria perspective, no clue.

In the future freeze half of them and microwave when needed.
