Where to rent Pro or Pro-sumer video cameras & sound in Montreal
 

Does anyone know a good place to rent "Prosumer" or professional grade HD Cameras, wireless handheld and lapel mice with battery operated receivers? If so please post here or see sig to contact me. Thanks in advance.

There's at least a couple places in Montreal listed in Google that rent pro video & production gear, fyi.

Have you worked with any? I know there are alot but I'm looking for that rents at fair prices, has reliable hardware, etc.

Lozeau is the big place to rent a camera. They check all the hardware in front of you before you leave with the camera. Last time it cost me about 300$ for the HD camera + lens and 2 spots of lightning. The value of the setup was 5000$ for a 300$ rent so it not that bad.

I rent from BorrowLenses.com - not sure if they deal with Canada, but they get stuff to me over night and the prices are reasonable.
