Haliburton and IBM try to Patent The Idea of Patent Trolling
 

Brilliant move if they ever manage to get something like this through the system.
Then they can start suing anyone who trolls them for infringing their patent on trolling. :1orglaugh

Halliburton says they would neeeeverrrr use it 'offensively'. I completely believe them. Or something...
