seems there was a ddos attack, then someone hacked in shortly before it was raided. Seems like the Ukrainian law enforcement did it as a favor to the US and data was possibly transferred to the US gov.

The main reason seems to be : planned visit of the Ukrainian vice-prime minister to USA where he is supposed to discuss copyright protection in Ukraine :)

Its an interesting one, it looks like Demoniod was actually legal in that country but somehow American law took precident there as a favour to the yankies.

that's kind of how it looks to me too, that it was done as a favor.
