NATS3 Internal Server Error on Stats - Anyone else getting a lot of them?

Looking at EarlMillerCash right now. If I load up this year's stats, everything displays fine, but if I go 08/01/2010 (august) to today, I get an internal server error. 09/01/2010 and up works.

This is probably the 3rd or 4th program I've seen this happen on in the last few weeks, and it seems to be a new thing. Normally this used to fail gracefully I thought? Also I've seen it with much shorter time periods than I'm getting at this program.

"MEMORY EXHAUSTED"

The owner of the "script" needs to up their memory. Simple as that.

It's not a bad thing on your end. Means you're data is simply exhausting the system. :thumbsup

I'll have our techs look into it. Earl runs a great program and moved to us in the last year. I would generally say that its not a kind query on anyone's DB to run two years of stats. It could be any number of things but if he needs more resources or a system setting change, we will make sure that happens.

Thanks

Brad

Cool, please report back if that fixes the problem

FabulousCash is another, I can get back to 11/2010 but 10/2010 encounters the same error.

I just got email from NATS for NATS 3. They have released security patch for webmasters using NATS 3. Contact NAT, its a security patch

Can someone at TMM confirm this problem is related to a security patch?

how to sign up to EarlMillerCash? their link does not work...

I just created an account and it generated an email. I think you need to follow the instructions inthe email that was generated by their NATS for them to approve your new account (email of w9 or w8).

The link in the footer which appears on all of the pages must have been what you clicked once on the right page. We notified our client and if you click the link at the top of that page to sign up, it works just fine. Thanks!
