help a newbie: content pirated, what do i do?

Hi,

I just started a new website, eurobabecumshots. I'm a complete newbie. 9 days after I opened up, having sold about 5 subscriptions, someone has stolen a video and posted it here
extreme-porn-forum.1062727.n5.nabble.com/SINDY-SKINNY-NEW-VIDEO-CUMSHOT-EXCLUSIVE-td5706639.html
linking to here
livefile.org/get/kQ730cmjC5wk/SindyCuteCumshotNEW.part1.rar.html

So my question is, what do I do now? I contacted the administrator, but no answer of course.

Livefile.org says I need "A document confirming the exclusive rights to the material." What would a document like that look like? Same question for "Paperwork to verify that if links are deleted, you will not have any claims to our service."

Thanks for any help!

Its a DMCA agreement, you can find templates online, and they are easy to create!

Maybe someone has a link to one that you can use, but I would try google.

Thanks man! Anybody have an example available of what they are using?
