This is Pete Doherty, in the lyrics he says "What a nice day for a murder"

Some people believe the song is about a party he attended where a guy was thrown out a window and killed. The family of the guy believe it was Pete or his bouncer who threw him out, as the guy has been arguing with the bouncer just before the incident. The bouncer initially admitted killing the chap, but then changed his story.
