How to know why do you rank bad on google (not baned) and top on yahoo/bing?

I have some sites that are this way. I have no idea how is that possible that you rank in number 1 spot on yahoo/bing wor keyword and you nowhere to bee found (not even top 100 or top 200) on google. Not even if you try searching for "keyword phrase" with quotes...
How is it possible that yahoo thinks you are king and google has hundreds of shitty and even nit relevant sites above your site?
One thing I know is that yahoo likes bigger keyword density than G, but its not the case here (density is nothing over what google likes)

Thats mr. obvious. I am looking for some ideas of what could be the things that google does not like about my site. It really does not make any sense because it ranks even lower than hundreds of irrelevant (to that keyword phrase) sites.
