Which ad networks offer the ability to select the hours in the day your ad appears?
 

Spam away. Specifically for a webcam site. More specifically for a UK webcam site.

I need ads to run from (say) 8pm-midnight. Only hitting UK traffic.

TRAFFIC HOLDER give option to set hourly forces, so for hours you dont want you leave some min. and for your wanted hours you burn that number :) And they have nice chunk of webcam traffic from UK!
