What is a Plug in plugrush?
 

There's no description of it, what it does, what it's for, etc.

I only want to put their ads, widgets, whatever on my sites to make a little extra cash.
I've posted on widget on one of my pages and I think I have done it right.
But I have no idea what a plug is or does.
Any help here please?

That's what a plug is, one of their widgets for trading or selling traffic.

With plugrush you don't sell all the traffic. The unsold traffic is traded with others in the network. The 'plug' is what shows when the widget shows thumbs that are not sold. So in order to get your non-sold traffic back you need to add a plug. The plug should link to your image/video content page.

I figured it out now I think.
I have no idea how it works so I'll let it sit for a day and see what happens.

This is what I don't understand about plugrush. In general what % of the traffic is usually sold? I've been wanting to sell them some traffic, but I have no desire to trade traffic.

Is it 100% based on finding someone to buy the traffic at plugrush or do they have filler ads kind of like how Juicy Ads does?
