...yesterday. It was about fifteen years old. Is it unusual for a monitor to last that long?

I have a four year old HP and a new HP I bought a couple of months ago...thank you very much.

I have four other computers that are not working in my storage building.

The thing is the extra power consumption on it is probably enough that in a couple years of using it you could have bought a brand new LCD for less. Those old CRTs used a lot of power.
