Security Firms? Dealing with hacks
 

When your managed host can't find the source of a virus/hack/redirect what are your options.. where do you get that extra help from?

You find a better host who can.

None can, possibly 1.

These guys soft-com.biz have been doing clean up work with good results and a very fair price you can read on askdamagex, there is a thread there called "got hacked" a 3 pager. I have nothing to do with soft-com just passing on the word.

You can't rely on your host for security they only cover basics. Security is a specialized field.
