sometimes if you can prove or say you have the domain name that goes along with the name you can get it, i wonder if you can also get it if it's been inactive for a certain period of time. I would think it would have to have something to do with one of your domain name titles though. So if it's paulmarkham i would go register paulmarkhamsuckscock.com and show them ;)
