Alternative to NATS?

I build 2 paysites and have a couple of billing accounts but dont want to add an extra $150 + setup fees to my overhead. I dont need affiliates and dont need most of the NATS features at this point.
Is there any self hosted alternative?

I want something to track stats, integrate with my billing (segpay and a few others).

This one is pretty decent, i`m using it to one of my affiliate prog based on sms billing. No problem at at, the only pain in the ass are fucking indians who integrated the design.
