Looking to buy undeveloped picture sites. The site must meet the following requirements.

1. Host your own galleries and images
2. Have customizable dynamic dump feeds
3. Easy to change out affiliate urls and banners.
4. Easy to update

Site does not need to have any traffic at all. Does not need to be a trading site but that would be a plus. A deleted gallery feed would be a bonus as well.
