as i posted in my last thread i'm getting out of adult and going to focus more on my work.
My affiliate program puzcash.com is already sold and now finally i'm ready to put my last project MBposter.com in auction.
This one was my real pride and i wanted to do something more with it, but at the same time i started with my other business and hadn't much time.
It's really hard for me now to give away MBposter, but hope to find someone who can do more than me. And maybe there is a buyer who already has some big network of blogs and can easily import them to MBposter to let people post in them.

Revenue = ~$6000/year
Expenses = $3582/year
Profit = ~$2418/year

And you want $12k? Not a chance. I'll give you $1.5k, assuming there's no terms remaining on your hosting contracts, and you have at least somewhat decent traffic.

there is no contracts with hoster.
what you get is a unique custom programed and established project, there is nothing similar you can find. Only the program costs going to $20k+ and i don't talk about the value of some good domains and blogs with traffic.
And i don't know how you've calculated the revenue $6k/year, i'm doing $1k with MBposter and blogs all together. And also, you don't need to take the expensive hoster i have right now, you can bring all to one good server and that's it

You said $300 - $500 + $300 + $60 - $90 + $150. So from what you said minimum is $810, I figured you embellished a bit as everyone does during sales, plus I don't expect to see any of those affiliate sales, so I went with $500/month.

Even if we were optimistic, and said the $1000/month was true, you're still searching for about 18 months profit for a small online operation. Nobody is going to pay that. Nonetheless, all the best is sourcing out a buyer. If you can't find anyone, feel free to contact me at the site in my sig, and I'll be happy to take it off your hands for $1.5k.

i've been trying to sell beautifulfeetonline.com, and my traffic is about the same as yours, i guess when i get serious, i will go through a broker.

no problem, i prefer a buyer who's interested for all the network and going to keep everything running as usually, but invest more time than me, add more blogs, do updates etc.
that's ok. even if you pay me now $15k and tell me you are not willing my program and not want my affiliate sales, i wouldn't give it to you, as i said, i want to have a buyer investing time in MBposter and doing more.
You just want to buy my members and the traffic i have for branding your program, that's not ok for me, but good for your program

No one need to worry about, i'll bring the power to MBposter! Just want to change the structure little bit and make it more save for panda and pinguin!

What you guys think of these ideas?
1. no more spinning in future and accept only hand written text, which need to be passed through copyscape api
2. no more limitations, but also no more multi submission, so no spinning no multi submission
3. no limit for free users, but need to put a backlink for each post.
don't really know which option is better for free users. Submit with no limitation with backlinks or keep the current limit to one post per day without backlink?
4. blog owners can make additionally money with their blogs, add 100 blogs to the network and get $100/month if you accept images or add 100 blogs to the network for $50/month without accepting images. a) you get handwritten quality content and b) you get additionally income
5. new VIP package: we write and do the daily submission for you 10-20 posts

1. Do this and I cancel. I don't have time to write "quality" posts all day long. Spun text if fairly Panda-proof anyway.
2. Again, remove the option for spinning and you just make it more difficult for users to work with the system. Remove submission limitations and you may get flooded with submissions.
3. See above about the limit. I might be partial to giving them either another post and/or post on an additional blog, in exchange for adding a backlink. Reciprocal backlinks are not worth what they used to be though.
4. This may skew stuff a lot. Someone can come in and add 100 blogs hosted on the same IP, guess what that does? ;) You need IP diversity. So at the very least implement an option to check IP, if you wanna go with this.
5. Not really needed, unless you do away with spinning. If making more money out of the system is what you're after here, then there are better ways, which can scale up more easily.

One thing I would appreciate A LOT would be faster reviews and approvals. :)

add one new package with only handwritten blogs to submit copyscape passed text
and keep also the current usual package with spinning and multi submission
