Hello,
I´m a "gringo" currently living in Cali Colombia and looking to open up a webcam studio. I´ve got the girls ready, got a place lined up just need the start up capital. If any one out there is interested in becoming a studio owner don´t hesitate, let me know.

I´ve got 6 years experience running webcam studios, I used to be in the rat race...but Colombia is a great place to live!

Are they working from home? or do you have them in a dedicated studio of your own?

They all have basic English, and in the business there really isn´t that much of a need for an extensive vocab.
