Can anyone recommend me mobile affiliate programs that convert through WAP Billing?
I am interested in converting worldwide mobile traffic (mainstream, dating and adult) , and of course i am interested in companies that have WAP billing implemented and not other resembling mobile payment solutions such as mobile CC billing.
