                  Richard, could u please describe how programs have 2 cross sales and get away with it? Wouldn't chargebacks be through the roof?

                                          Fuck if I know. I don't care so much about whether or not they're breaking the law or getting one over on the bank. What pisses me off is that they're stealing from innocent people who also happen to be potential future customers.
