Crazy stats on Crak Rev

Just wondering if anyone else had weird stats last night? My earnings were off by about $100 but the odd thing was the amount of uniques sent. It was about 200k uniques above what I actually sent. Never seen this issue before. I have seen delayed stats but nothing this crazy.

We are in the middle of a big update in the hits tracking system, to make it realtime and more stable (we grown bit too fast for our current system)
So this is probably a glitch and it will be fixed next week.

Sales are tracked via a different system, so sales are good.

Dont forget, we are on Final Beta and we clearly request to contact us with the exact details of the glitches.

You have my direct contact. please next time you hit me up on a Saturday night, wait for the reply before starting threads.

Chill. I didn't say anything negative about you. I asked if anyone else had the same issue or was it just a random thing with my account.

Its all good, next time wait for my reply before posting in public.
Thats all, GFY is not our support forum for obvious reasons.

GFY is the BEST support forum.

I don't know why some sponsors get so pissy about people asking questions in public. I try not to bother reps and prefer asking if something is only affecting me or if it's something others are seeing as well before contacting a rep. If a company is honest they don't have to worry about people talking about them. OTOH if shady I can see why it would make someone sweat. Even the little things might be scary because they might reveal something unintentionally.

As an affiliate first, I'm totally with you on this and this is why we always reply and we are very active on boards.
I reply to most of affiliates that contact me directly and even on weekends, like in this case we are in direct contact and work daily together :).

Sorry if i sounded "pissy".. I just logged on to see the Skype message from last night at midnight and this post all together.
Should have took my coffee first :)... and start thinking about 24/24 live support.

As for the current problem, its related to the program where we redirect all country's that our others ppl programs dont accept.
Its not major and will be be look into Monday and as usual we will communicate all the details and infos to our affiliates.

Please understand that we clearly mention that we are in beta and that glitch and bugs are to happen as we keep tweaking and modifying the platform.
We have a clear message about it and support system to notify us.

Posting all the bugs you have on the boards only create useless panic and slow us down in the fixing them.
please be patient, this will be the biggest things in adult since the tubes.

You weren't particularly pissy, I meant some sponsors in general. :) I personally like having other affiliates posting this stuff. It saves me from having to panic or waste my time having to contact someone. Visibility helps to bring trust too. Most of us aren't going to think negatively over this unless we see a bunch of affiliates complaining about their sales dropping too despite the claim that they are unaffected. It sounds crazy but believe it or not these kind of threads can be a good thing if you guys are honest because you become more trustworthy depending on how you respond.

Your are very right my friend.
I just prefer those threads on week days :)

Funny how Nicolas claims to make '$X,XXX' every time the following thread gets bumped but gets his panties all in a wad when someone starts a different thread.

I have seen so many companies come and go.

The best place to ask questions about a company is in a public forum.

Most company should give a "canned" response because if the play off the cuff they affect other people's pay.
