Photoshop Gurus, how to tilt an image?

This isn't a 'clever cunt' answer, but why not tilt your monitor, and take a HQ photo of it at the angle you require?

Apple + T, move cursor to side of pic, a curved arrow appears, enjoy.

i believe its: edit->transform->skew but i dont have PS open, so it might be under another menu. |
