juicyads stats issues

anyone else having their stats not updated for 1/2 the day today?

versa 09-15-2012 09:47 PM

Yup, thought I was hit by google again, that is a relief!

bean-aid 09-15-2012 10:11 PM

Me too. Just started a site and growing every day then no impressions registered today :( glad its a juicy issue :)

Matyko 09-15-2012 11:37 PM

I see all my mobile redirects to go to google... Dislike... I changed a few redirects to tours and the performance is very very good!

adultwebmestar 09-16-2012 12:34 AM

webmax 09-16-2012 03:34 AM

Same here and I think about it as lost money. Fortunately I altered the mobile redirect 'in time' so my loss is smaller, but I am bit unhappy about this.. This happens once = no problem, can live with it. But I think such a thing happens almost every week, for shorter/longer times.. :( :pimp

No hard feelings, I still believe Juicy is fine :2 cents:

Matyko 09-16-2012 04:45 AM

My mobile traffic's landing page is still google.......

CyberHustler 09-16-2012 05:06 AM

mromro 09-16-2012 05:47 AM

Same with me. I just came here looking to see if anyone else was having issues before trying to contact them.

It seems to have stoped tracking mobile at around 4 pm yesterday.

Denny 09-16-2012 06:32 AM

That's not good :Oh crap

Matyko 09-16-2012 07:23 AM

I had the same problem. I wonder if it is just an issue of the stats not displaying properly or if there were no mobile redirects during this time?

Have you checked where your traffic went? I did w a few sites of mine. Traffic went to google.. So I think there were no paid mobile redirects :2 cents:

There was no buyers?Crazy.

MyDogHasFleas 09-16-2012 11:45 AM

Today my stats with them are low too. Anyone know of another sponsor like JuicyAds that allows the traffic to be redirected using htaccess?

mromro 09-16-2012 12:00 PM

Anybody hear from them?

Then it shouldn't be redirected.

AlexTmz 09-16-2012 01:27 PM

Anybody knows the better program for mobile redirects?

signupdamnit 09-16-2012 01:48 PM

They need to quit worrying about getting people to vote for them and instead start taking care of business by fixing their servers and whatever else is going on over there to cause ridiculously low counts and cpm every few days.

versa 09-16-2012 02:02 PM

I tried a few times during that period and it redirected to non-google sites so i expect they would give us credit for it eventually

mromro 09-16-2012 02:25 PM

Anyone get in touch with them? I tried but they are offline.

i think PlugRush is better for mobile redirects, they pay better but they have javascript code, no htaccess

Wizzo 09-16-2012 02:55 PM

We did have a table go corrupt due to a DDos attack, but it should be corrected and all stats updated properly and things running smoothly.

If you have traffic going to Google, that means you have Google set as your return url rather then another site or url. As we return all unsold traffic to the url of your choice. :thumbsup

I second that... JA was great program for years but now it seems to get worse and worse every day. I am testing now other solutions to switch the rest of my traffic away from JA.

Hi Wizzo! I had no idea...damn! :helpme
Anyway, I started to set it up properly to prevent wasting traffic.
I recently had my first ddos so I know how bad/annoying it is. Good Luck with getting rid of the issue!

tigermtb 09-17-2012 08:47 AM

Yes we have had some struggles recently.

Yes some of the transitions have not been as smooth as I would have liked.

When you combine large volume growth, influx of clients, new technology, and some issues outside our control .. it can sometimes make things "difficult"

For that, I apologize to our clients who have had some problems with us recently.

We went through this a few years ago and came out stronger afterwards.
We will come out stronger and better once again.

Properly setting your return URL will always ensure that your Mobile traffic is sold through us for the highest revenues, then if not available, passed to any URL you want for maximum earnings. Its one of the great things about our platform.

Tech is working on any outstanding issues.
