CCBill Really Is Fucked Up!
CCBill Really Is Fucked Up! But I do trust them over any nats affiliate program.
It seems ccbill lets sales thru in the begining of the month then stops. nats is too easy to shave sales. we have to figure out a way to capture the users actions and then after they send credit card information send it to the processor from our program. Then we will know for sure. I really find it hard to believe that 3000 join hit doesn't result in a sale. And before you ask. Traffic is all search engine. All banner clicks. And txt links saying. Click here to join... or see more___ Here! |
i hear you

CCBILL sales was horrible yesterday.. 50% of normal
|
Its been like that for well over a year now, great the first 10 days then a slowdown, until around the 27th 'ish then it kicks in again - i've always put it down to payday, spend spend spend, then think 'oh fuck, my money is running out for the month, better tighten up again'.
3,000 join hits is amiss tho, I had 75 payment form hits a little while back with 0 submissions, ccbill told me it was normal and they had a client that day who had 234 payment form hits on the same day with 0 submissions - typical is around 15% from my data. I'm still waiting for the new payment forms that ccbill annouced twice, still not live? |
Another day and another CCBill thread.

I know nobody at ccbill is listening, but just in case anyone is, PLS FIX AFFILIATE ADMIN!

i have about 3 places with high join hits and join submits with no sales
|
:Oh crap
BUMP! |
oh no the sky is falling! The sky is falling! :1orglaugh
meanwhile I had a amazing day yesterday with my program and even affiliate sales on my older than the hills TGPs,, but I do wish they would fix the damn admin pages cause I really hate trying 3 times to load my stats.. I use my mobile stats most of the time but still need access to the website. |
I think CCBill would listen if clients started using Epoch as their sole processor. Also epochstats are much faster than ccbills affiliate stats.

you sure your traffic isnt plugrush and juicy ads? :)

The response we got was its very very very rare to see a 1% form submission percentage....thats from a ccbill rep. the same rep then said matter of factly the average join form submission percentage hovers at 50% form submits. We have always maintained a 35% cumulative percentage until basically this past year of 2012 Now we are seeing weekly form submits seeming like they are capped at 15% for the week or under.....some weeks the form submits are under 10% But like everyone else we see a bunch of form hits and the join price is listed before they click the form...so much does not add up. Also been noticing very long delays from sales showing up in admin and form submissions on form hits reports. If the form submissions were in *REAL TIME* it would quell a hole lot of bullchicanery and stress But I must also admit the past two days have been killer and reminds us of what our numbers USED to look like consistently! After making a post about not having multiple sales on days with multiple rebills...lo and behold 2 days with multiple sales and multiple rebills So I guess it was all in my head or at least we should make it appear that it is all in my head |
Do not send traffic to CCBill programs in the second half of the month.
|
Consider that join hits and submits are two different things.
You can have join hits without submits all day long on a site that doesn't list the price on the tour. Folks hit the tour, see the price, decide it's not worth it and move along. Form submits without sales (or listed declines) is another thing. |

For the issues with the ccbill admin.
I found that it works about 90% of the time with no issue in IE. Somthing I try not to use. FF it hardly ever works. For those with bad stats.. Try promoting something else new niches. |

I could very well be crazy.....but what if there was a 1% chance that I am not...or even a 15% chance |
The one thing they got going for em, is that you can combine multiple programs into 1 admin panel and get paid via CCBill so there's no worries about being stiffed.
For the life of me I don't understand why NATS / TMM isn't doing that already unless they have an agreement with CCBill not to which is very possible. |
CCbill has been horrible for me this month as well. Not a big deal as I expect it. It would be nice to see just 1 month with numbers that were consistent.
