question about DVD and iPod

ok I think this may be an unusual question. I have a DVD of a movie that happens to have a several songs on it that I enjoy listening to. Is there a way to grab just the songs from a DVD and put them onto my iPod so I can listen to them while I do....stuff?

Yeah. Find out the name of the songs and get them from iTunes.

the songs are not on iTunes, I have checked. The Movie in question started off as a broadway play so the songs from that production are available but the singers and version of the songs are different than the ones on the DVD

:thumbsup thanks very much for the offer but I think I figured out a way to do it. Basically open import the video into Vegas or Premiere remove the video, keep the audio, split by where each song begins and ends and then render the audio.

The movie is one of my guilty little pleasures and embarrassing LOL
