So, we are all screwed because all of our domains have exact match domains. GFY = GFY.com uh oh. ur screwed. Thats an exact match domain.

Yahoo = yahoo.com. Uh oh, yaho gona get banned because its using its name as domain name.

They declared that they will punish low quality EMDs.

It affects something like 0.6% of US queries to a noticable degree. I think the update happened this morning.

It dosen't apply in this case thought.

I was noticing some interesting improved rankings on a mainstream site that seemed overnight; then I heard about the EMD issue. Not sure if coincidence or not.
