What is the etiquette?
 

So, I finally got around to making a couple of promotional buttons.

Would it be poor form to request those programs whom I have given positive reviews to consider adding me to their resources page? If so, is there a particular etiquette I should observe?

Never hurts to ask.

That's what I was thinking, but didn't want to get off on the wrong foot if there were a commonly accepted method for making such a request.
