I thought scammers didn't rat out other scammers?

I hit that guy on icq to help him out to exchange paypal to payonner, found a thread about this guy who had few gfy account ban for scamming i refuse to do any kind of transfert with him, now you are calling me a scammer ?? Ill be home on thursday night and ill post icq log between this guy and me...
