I only know of Pussy Cash and Cams.com that have specific mobile cam programs.

Any other cam sponsors that have at least mobile banners?

I can't find any mobile banners or programs at AWE.

PussyCash has a mobile version of both ImLive and Sexier, as well as a dedicated mobile cam site (phonemates).

Odd there are so few cam sites going mobile when so much adult search traffic is mobile already and with 4G and LTE starting to appear.

Not every cam site got a specific "mobile program", but this does not mean mobile it is not supported. If the cam site detects people on mobile, and serves live stream without flash correctly to them, that's enough. You can send android and iphone traffic to tubecamgirl.com and they'll video chat; we don't support Nokia's from 10 years ago however, if you meant that :)

Camcontacts.com has been setup for mobile for a very long time... you can also find the iPad specific stuff there as well.
