In the US or UK do people use the term bro?

Quick question,

In the US or UK do people use the term bro? As in brother?

eg: "How you today bro?"

AdultTraffic.info 10-05-2012 12:59 PM

Not really a UK term. "Mate" however is a term that is commonly used. So something like..."how you doing mate?" or "alright mate" :)

Thank you for the input, trying to come up with a few domain names.

This is the part I hate about working online, trying to come up with a good domain/brand - makes me pull my hair out in frustration!

Yup, the 'bro' usage I hear around me in the States is very much like how 'mate' is used in the UK.
