I a girl does Fansign videos for you, with your site URL showing and theres a Background song playing could you get in trouble ?

I mean in the copyright get your ass suit way :(

Yes, to use the song in the video , even in the background, it needs to be licensed.

Lets say I public a video holding a sheet of paper with Google.com written on it, and in the background im playing a known song ....... but Google doesnt know im doing this !!!

How can possibly Google get in trouble for it right ?

It has nothing to do with what the sign says, it has to do with who created the video and what you do with it.

If you put the video up on youtube it could be taken down by them for copyright violation and they might suspend or terminate your account (I'm not 100% sure of their rules).
