Non-updated paysites

How well do they convert for you..

I'm looking for some advice, are they worth promoting or best leaving alone.

Tricky question, obviously the most updates is ideal. However many great converting sites are smaller niche series sites that are stuck without updates or many randomized tours. I wouldn't use these tours for tube-site traffic thats for sure.

Depends.

There's stale sites that still sell based off names and hot content. Or in a rare niche. Also a site may look stale because of an old static tour but have new content inside. Contact the site owner to find out.

As long as that program is running, still pays and has good niche content.

I think

non updating sites will sell, but rebills will be much lower.

That's what PPS is for :upsidedow

Thanks for the input.

From the sounds of it promoting a paysite that no longer updates (or appears to be updated) is fine providing the content is actually solid.

8 new internet users get online every second. To them, all sites and content are new. Rebills will be lower if the site doesn't update, but it shouldn't bother new sales unless the user can see on the tour than the site is not updating.

Most PPS models were built long time ago back when frequent updates was a standard. If a site doesnt update, therefore suffering on rebills dont expect to get paid a fair PPS. Shaving likely will come in place

True. I was talking about affiliates using it, not the programs themselves.. :upsidedow

(I HAVE been shaved before on PPS, though, and have proof but all I get is 'I don't know what to tell you, bro'..) Fuck Brazzers..

lucas131 10-07-2012 01:43 PM

yeah rebills must rock there

?

Most PPS is based off cross sales, generally multiple prechecks. And before that shady hidden prechecks / hidden instant upgrades. Sure they all cared about getting rebills but not from customer satisfaction.

Never thought about in that context. What's old to affiliates is not old to everyone else.

I think he meant programs that are legit and average more money from rebills than from shady things like shaving/pre checked cross sales/etc., making PPS a good option for them.
