Dose anyone know how to fix these wordpress errors?

Hi im trying to install wordpress but keep getting errors when i visit the url tubbb.webege.com/ if anyone can tell me how to fix this i would love ya for ever :)

Did you upload your own WP files and edit wp-config correctly or is it a one click WP install?

upload those files again with FTP.
