I remember not long ago in this biz when everyone knew who was who. AVN for example was owned By Paul Fishbein, who was the front man, and Darren Roberts, Digital Playground by Jewn and Samantha and so on.

They were American Companies, they weren't hiding and they were pretty forthright about things, paid their taxes and so on.

Now days its all about hiding everything, Look at AVN, Look at Manwin and their holdings, it's all a jumble of shell companies out of Cyprus. Everyone knows about Fabian but few people know that Fabian is just the front man, a puppet whose strings are being pulled by others. Those others are hiding their real identities and I don't think that has anything to do with them not wanting to be associated with adult. I think it has a lot more to do with them not wanting people in adult to know what else they are associated with.

You are about to read about some of these guys on this blog, names like Vasilios hahahahahaha and Constantin Luchian, companies like Webzilla and www.incorporatenow.com in places like cyprus, seychelles, and panama.

There's a systematic takeover of this industry happening, and nobody knows who the people behind it are or what their motives are.

But it is all going to start unraveling soon.

I think Mike is correctly pointing out that there is more to this than meets the eye.
Manwin isn't bigger than GM or Apple, etc.
We know EXACTLY who owns all the really big companies in the world.

Manwin obviously isn't Fabian getting a hundred million dollar bank loan by himself in the middle of the worst economy and banking crisis of our lifetimes. There's more to the story. And I think it's a story that a lot of people would be interested to hear.

Even shooters had to be businessmen. No one couldn't spend the money we spent on production, wait 6 months to get paid, keep producing in the time waiting and not be able to run a business.

Before anyone could point a camera and put it on a website. Fools were culled very fast.

Today we have no such companies or people. No one has a clue what Manwin is worth or even what they really do beyond their websites. People tell us they do, seen their books, know what they pay for a Tube. All bullshit. It's a shut book.

Just like "car guys" are best to run car companies. People with actual experience in the business they run are usually the best at what they do.

Fabian, for instance...was just a programmer for the adult industry. But he seems to be doing just fine in his role at Manwin. Wasn't like he came over from being the CEO of General Electric or anything.

I think guys like Larry Flynt & Hugh Hefner did just fine for themselves in their day as well.

Look...running a business can be tricky. But it's not brain surgery. If you have reasonably high intelligence and the ability to see situations and shape them to your benefit...you're a good businessman. Add in experience in the field that you are in to that equation and you are a real good business person.

Maybe there were legal threats made to GFY over his name being attacked on here by those guys in the past.

I know they backed down recently from Aaron Jacques (aka gideongallery) when he threatened them with legal action from the company he works for and that companies name was instantly banned. And gideongallery is a nobody with no money.

So I would assume that is just AVN covering their asses. They don't want or need to have a legal battle over a stupid message board after all.

what i was trying to say was that in the past people were not afraid to use their names cause they were "burned" already anyways. they even made porn a lifestyle.

today you have mainstream people seeing porn simply as investment, but they still want to keep their privacy. mostly because nowadays everyone is so stuck up that even the slightest connection to porn already puts you in danger that your kids have to leave kindergarten or your wife is seen as hooker by the neighbours
