I was arrested again today...
 

For the second time - For the same fucking thing.

Strip searched and everything again, don't they know I am into uniforms and if they want to see my ass they just have to ask :) .

I am sure I can sue them - They put me through this shit last month and because of an 'error' they do it again!!

They arrested me twice for the same thing because of an error - So I was dragged out of my house in front of my neighbours, strip searched and spent time in a cell twice because they fucked up.

I stopped driving about 15 years ago.

OK - I had a bit of a meltdown a few months ago as some may remember - I ended up on the loony tune ward at the local hospital for a few weeks.

While I was there I had a bad night and pushed a cleaner - It was his first day on the ward and his last, he has been off 'sick' on full pay since.

He is suing the hospital.

2 nurses/witnesses have come forward at my request and have written accounts that I could not have caused the injuries that he alleges.

His name is (something) Mahhamed....

I try not to hate but sometimes its hard.

Do you have a warrant for your arrest and they keep coming and picking you up for no reason. Other then that well you know

I believe this is his way of saying there is a particular battery incident that has caused him to have additional legal implications for which he is being charged with in addition to that possibly? I don't know, I can barely comprehend a Law&Order Episode let alone the real dealyo. Doesn't sound too good though from the sounds of it.

How come no one is asking what the direct result of going into the loony ward was and if that has any merit to the charges being handed?

I was arrested (twice) for pushing the cleaner while I was on the loony ward.

He is screaming assault and the police have to act on the complaint.

Anyway, its not really about the charge. Its the fact that the police are so incompetent that they wasted everyone's time and arrested and held me twice because of an error.

Every time I get strip searched I start moaning and making hot sounds, it makes things a lot easier

Yes - That's why I have not been around. Its been a messed up few months. If nothing else I now know that its a BIG YES I do need to stay on my meds :).

If I understand correctly you pushed this guy and they arrested. Now you are out of the loony bin and back home and they came to your house and arrested you again for pushing this guy?

You are close - They arrested me after I was home both times - It was a clerical error of some sort.

It was pretty bad, the neighbours must wonder what the hell is going on here.

He said he was strip searched. Maybe that is the clue on the nature of charges and why the second visit by police.
