hi honey, do you mean affiliates from those countries or just traffic from those countries qualify? i know you convert best in tier 1 and retain those members so i would think foreign affiliates also have some tier 1 traffic no? i will let the affiliates buying on our network and using you guys know about the promo :)

We are just tying to minimize our efforts of having to deal with foreign affiliates who threatened us to tell people we are fraud where in fact they are doing the fraud with us.

Obviously, if there are affiliates who've worked with us in the past and want in on this promo, we are pretty open with that.
