Do you have a Kinkos in your area? I usually pay $50 for 1000 double sided offset printed cards. That way comes out best instead of standard cut. :upsidedow

vistaprint.com has been great for us

They have deals for gfy peeps so I'm not sure what it is currently but I certainly match up their quality not just price.

not a bad company, overnightprints.com uses a heavier paper that lasts a tad longer :D
