Hey Everyone...

We're looking for a full time head designer.

I?m looking for someone with extensive design knowledge, ability to work with video in all formats, extensive CSS knowledge, basic scripting, ie PHP, JavaScript. Also with knowledge of NATS and CARMA. Both NATS and CARMA are encrypted but they use the SMARTY template engine. I need someone with a solid working knowledge of SMARTY to be able to setup members areas and sites inside of CARMA using SMARTY and with the ability to work and learn what we already have.

I have many years experience using SMARTY based CMS, including CARMA, NATS, Elevated X etc.. I may be a little rusty on CARMA etc as haven't touched it in a while, but I'm sure I can get up to speed relatively quickly...

Guys...girls. The problem that I'm having is working with companies. I want someone that works directly with my company full time, knows my business, familiar with my servers and our content.

I do not want someone that just hands work out to another person and gives me empty templates back without any content or text in it. I want projects done from start to finish. This is a long term dependable position.

My company is growing every year and I'm also buying another program as we speak. I have plenty of work.

I had a guy here for over seven years. Nick papagoergio ...what a great guy. Unfortunately he died in a motorcycle accident.
